For the 2022 tax season, we will be requiring that all MFS CASH Oregon staff and volunteers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This requirement applies for all volunteers regardless of where they will be serving. If you have questions that are not addressed in this policy, please contact me.
Proof of vaccination and photo identification will be checked at equipment pickup or upon arrival for any in person event. An official COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a vaccination record from a healthcare or insurance provider, an entry on the Oregon Health Authority’s immunization registry, or a photo or screenshot of any of these will be accepted as documentation.
*The vaccine requirement does not apply to those who volunteer with AARP Tax-Aide’s TCE program, unless they also volunteer with MFS CASH Oregon’s VITA program. AARP Tax Aide has yet to make a decision on vaccine requirements at this time.
