What is in the Orientation? Do I have to go? Where do I sign up for it?

I have the same question as Magaly. What are the dates and times of the orientation? Do you have any orientation available on Saturdays?LaVerne, the New Volunteer
Moderator Woody here. Great questions and thanks for your enthusiasm. Here are the answers. If you are a new volunteer to this program, you do have to attend orientation.You can sign up for an orientation session on this website after you first log in by clicking the green button in the upper right of the screen. That feature is not active yet but you will be able to sign up by October 15. Orientations start on November 1st and most are held on Fridays and weekends. Orientations are your best opportunity to learn the best way for you to become a certified volunteer in this program: what tests you must take, how to prepare for them, and how to prepare to be a good volunteer tax preparer.
